For more than three decades, Iraq and its people suffered the atrocities, injustice and all kinds of inhuman tortures.

This tough life experienced by our beloved homeland has even engulfed our life and environment, Under such bleak

circumstances of total destruction for man, land and nature the honest and educated Iraqis inside and outside who dream of a peaceful prosperous home for all Iraqis irrespective of their religion, sect or ethnicity. A home where all Iraqis share the blessing of their country that god has blessed our homeland with. The Iraqis who are eager to shower their country with love after long suffering inside and long years in exile.

All this was the main reason to establish what we see as a small contribution to the national Iraqi movement to save our homeland, people, lives, and environment.

Our party is dedicated to Iraq and the Iraqis, to regain our lost pride for a secured life in a healthy, environment based on the principal of justice, freedom and democracy.

Towards an honorable aim of rebuilding Iraq and to regain the lost Iraqi pride and identity.

Let our slogan be " IRAQ AND IRAQIS FIRST " . (IRAQ FOR IRAQIS) .

From here we begin our message and dream of a peaceful and dedicated vision based on the tradition of our ancient culture, its proud history and simplicity of our people across all sectors of the society and our attachment to the Iraqi principals.

This distinguishes us from all other parties in Iraq and outside in our eagerness to achieve our dear dream of building an independent democratic Iraq that guarantees an honorable happy life to all Iraqis without discrimination based on religion, sect, or creed. It abhors all principals communal or sectarian and at the same time to safeguard the identity of honesty , pride, and generousness. The party is eager to divide the blessing of our homeland and to protect the environment and the Iraqi pride. And establish a democratic participation of all Iraqis and end the dictatorship and provide freedom and justice to all Iraqis.

AIM OF THE PARTY

Our aim is not only to liberate our country from pain, struggle, hardship, torture and atrocities but also our aim is to share our lives in our homeland and all Iraqis without discrimination. Live a life dedicated to our country and people. willing to live an honorable life free and just under democracy and to dedicate our lives to rebuild Iraq. The party also encourages the Iraqi people to cherish the essence of life and appreciate the quality of life under free independent Iraq without suppression and enjoy the beauty of our society, life, nature and environment without the pain of exile and heartache of living away from our beloved people.

The aim is that Iraqis alone choose the form and kind of government, style of functioning under a democratic principals and to participate effectively in writing the constitution and respecting it.

THE VISION OF THE PARTY FOR THE FUTURE OF IRAQ

1. The Democratic Option

It is obvious to all Iraqis that the struggle we have been through came only through taking the Iraqi people very lightly and insulting their intelligence through controlling the people with an iron fist without considering to consult the people about their wishes.

Due to this reason, the democratic option is the only option and the participation of the public in deciding and planning their future and materializing their dreams, sabotaging any dictatorial and unjust practices.

2. The Unity of Iraq

The party recognizes the international boarders and safeguarding the territories of Iraq and establishing a peaceful , cordial relation with neighbors based on respect and cooperation.

3. Just Law and Respect the Constitution.

We should look into the constitution of Iraq and take the suitable part and put a new constitution, justice and equality to all should be the pillar of the new constitution.

4. Multiparty System.

The party calls upon all Iraqi parties to play an effective role in strengthening the democratic spirit

and reinforce the public scrutiny on the government.

5. Religious freedom.

Safeguarding the Islamic identity of Iraq considering that it is a leading peace loving Islamic country and at the same time give due respect to all religions and sects and respect all communities.

6. Economic Vision

It is especially inclined towards the Iraqi economy and its advancement and to study all the past experiences and not getting led by the interest and dictates of other countries. We are with free economy that provides jobs to the Iraqi citizen , improve skills and quality and the same time safeguard the countries resources and should provide dignified life to the Iraqi citizen through health care system, residence, necessary requirements to mother and child and protect the family from poverty and free education to all.

7. Qualifications and Job Opportunities.

The part gives the priority to the Iraqi capabilities first inside and outside and if need be take help from foreign countries. And to study the job market taking into consideration the past experience when the Iraqi citizen was in need for a job while outsiders where taking all the jobs. And we call for regularization of the job market and giving the Iraqi the priority to the jobs first.

8. Cleans the Environment from Contamination Due to Unjust Practices.

It became clear to all that the barbaric practices that were implemented by the deposed Iraqi regime on Iraqis and the environment by using weapons of mass destruction that killed many Iraqis and by drying the swamps and diverting the rivers that caused the destruction of wild life, and effected the livelihood of many farmers. The total destruction of the environment and especially the palm tree and the farmland. All this made us resolve to rebuild the Iraqi environment according to a well-studied plan

9. Army and the Armed Forces.

The armed forces well be regularized according to the constitution and international laws. Where by the armed forces are the only guardians for the law and the constitution, without any interference in the political process and implementations of policies.

Respect is due to all army personal and no official has the right to use the army as an instrument to

torture the citizen of Iraq.

10. Medicare, Social and Educational Welfare.

The party considers that medicate, social, and educational welfare are very important bases for maintaining the health and pride of the Iraqi citizen after all the suffering that he went through at the

hands of the former Iraqi regime. Every Iraqi citizen has the right for free education and we should make primary education compulsory and eradicate illiteracy among men and women. The party also calls for the right of the Iraqi women to get due share of opportunities to education and an equal right to employment.

11. Culture and National Heritage.

The party is proud of the culture and heritage of Iraq through the ages in Aur (UR), Babel(Babylon), Soumar(Samarian), Ashore (Assyrian) and the Arabic and Islamic heritage. The party considers them as an important assets that we can advance and invest it to serve the Iraqi citizen through tourism.

12. Kurdish and Minority Rights.

The party respects the right of our Kurdish brothers to live an honorable life under the banner of united Iraq. And to develop the self rule to serve the Kurdish community. The party also respects the right of all other sects, ethnic minorities to live a life with respect and all due rights as an honorable Iraqi citizen.

13. Farmers and Workers Rights.

The party supports all kinds of practices and activities be it industrial, agricultural, private or public. And respects all workers in Iraq and their rights towards a new prosperous future. The party is interested in enforcing a law to protect the environment, agriculture, irrigation and the right of farmers.

14. Human Rights.

The party is committed in implementing this law in the new constitution and to be a base for a just life for the Iraqi citizen and a way for all incoming government. And we will work earnestly to punish all

those who misused their power to sabotage the Iraqi citizen and to turn them to the local or inter -national courts.

15. Government and Elections.

The party is working to make it the principal towards a just political process and implement the principal of public participation in political decision making

16. Freedom of Press, Publication and Information.

The party calls for free press, publication to attain advancement and development with due respect givein to the constitution and the democratic processand the Iraqi citizen and its culture and tradition.
